1. Refund Eligibility
REFUNDS FOR ONLINE COURSE PURCHASES ARE AVAILABLE WITHIN SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within the specified timeframe by email to service@uplook.io. Refund requests submitted by mail or by phone or made after the specified refund period has elapsed will not be processed.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at success@uplookeducation.com within the specified refund period. Your refund request will be processed within 30 calendar days of receiving the refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Refund Ineligibility
REFUNDS MAY NOT BE GRANTED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
- TECHNICAL ISSUES PREVENTING ACCESS TO COURSE MATERIALS.
- INCOMPATIBILITY ISSUES WITH DEVICES OR BROWSERS PREVENTING PROPER PARTICIPATION IN THE COURSE.
- THE REFUND REQUEST IS MADE AFTER THE SPECIFIED REFUND PERIOD HAS ELAPSED.
- UNFORESEEN PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES, SUCH AS ILLNESS, FAMILY EMERGENCIES, OR JOB-RELATED ISSUES, PREVENTING PARTICIPATION IN THE COURSE.
- ACCIDENTAL ENROLLMENT IN THE SAME COURSE MULTIPLE TIMES.
- MISTAKEN PURCHASE OF THE WRONG COURSE OR PACKAGE.
- REALIZING THAT THE COURSE DOES NOT ALIGN WITH YOUR LEARNING OBJECTIVES OR CAREER GOALS AFTER ENROLLMENT.
